Clinical Course Adjuncts
All care maps will be required to be completed in the web application POPPLET. This is a FREE application and only requires you to sign up with a user name and password. Below you will find a brief video on how to create a POPPLET. Below is also a blank shift report form. This is the document you should be utilizing to get information about your patient from the nurse in the morning during shift report. Lastly is a set of blank charting. You will be required to complete one set of blank charting for this rotation for verification that you are competent in completing a written head to toe assessment on a pediatric patient.
